Melville City Hall
Constructed in 1912 by the Melville Construction Company at a cost of $75,000. The architects were W.G. Van Edmond and Stanley E. Storey. The structure features a dome roof and Romanesque windows. Inside, most window and door mouldings are original. The auditorium, once the site of luxurious balls, is still used for cultural events. It also has one of the oldest council chambers still in use in Canada.
